As usual, a First class experience. The only failure is in getting simple questions answered from a senior medical staff member. To have my simple question answered meant booking a phone slot some two weeks in advanced. By then, I could have had the procedure done and dusted privately. Using simple emails to inform of Surgery actions would reduce the number of phone calls and save much time for everyone.

I am still suffering from Shingles and I wanted to discuss ongoing medication with a doctor…I was called back within a couple of hours and helped.

All was good.

Because I have ongoing health issue I would rather wait to see my GP than see a locum or other Doctor
